专利说明:

The present invention relates to a composite construction element used in particular for the realization of carpentry or framing. The present invention relates in particular to an amount used for the realization of buildings (building, wall, wall, partition, ...) wood frame.
Wood frame constructions are very popular especially for their low cost and low environmental impact. As in other types of construction, insulation, and in particular the insulation of the building envelope in wood frame is at the heart of concerns. However, the envelope of modern buildings isolating better and better external noises, the threshold of perception of the noises inside the building is raised.
The partitions or walls of a wood-frame type construction are generally made of a frame of wooden elements generally of rectangular section called upright or plaice and on which are fixed on each side panels for example of plasterboard or plywood. Thermal insulation may be inserted between the panels (rock wool, glass wool, etc.).
The low mass of materials used for the realization of such walls or partitions and their natural resonant frequency that in general the performance of the wall or partition in terms of sound insulation is not good. One of the crucial parameters for noise insulation in a wood frame construction is the coupling of the structural elements (uprights, panels, etc.) that promotes the propagation of sound waves.
The most commonly used solution to reduce said coupling and improve the acoustic insulation of partitions or walls inside a building is to build independent double walls. This solution is certainly effective but expensive and significantly increases the complexity and construction time. This is particularly the case if the wall or partition is a carrier and must therefore meet any constraints related to this function.
In the following, the adjective carrier will be used to designate a structure or a construction element for supporting the framework or the structure of the floors of a building without distinction between external structure (wall) or interior (partition, wall ).
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a construction element, such as an amount or plate for the realization of carpentry or structural work such as partitions or wood frame walls, which is simple, inexpensive , which reduces the coupling of the elements of the structure to ensure good sound insulation and can be used without increasing the complexity or time of construction. More particularly, an object of the present invention is to provide a construction element as above and intended for the realization of carrier structure in wood frame and therefore in addition to meet the constraints of such a structure.
The present invention relates to a composite construction element for the realization of carpentry or structural work, including an amount for the realization of timber frame walls, characterized in that it comprises several layers of solidarity between they; and in that at least one of the layers, called the resilient layer, is made of a resilient material and is interposed between two other layers of wood.
The present invention also relates to a carpentry or structural work, such as a wall or a partition comprising a composite construction element as described above.
FIG. 1 illustrates a partition or wall 1 according to the invention seen in cross section. The wall 1 is constructed according to the principles of the wood frame and comprises a frame made of building elements, called uprights 2, of which only two are visible in the figure. Fig. 1 is seen from above and the uprights 2 are essentially perpendicular to the plane of the sheet. Two panels 3 are fixed on each side of the uprights 2. These panels 3 may be fibroplâtre, plywood or any other suitable material.
As illustrated in the example of FIG. 1, the wall 1 may further comprise two insulating layers 4 inserted between the panels 3 and the uprights 2 to give the wall 1 thermal insulation properties. The insulation layer 4 may be rock wool for example or any other suitable material.
The low mass of the materials constituting the panels 3 and the insulation layers 4 does not generally guarantee sufficient sound insulation. In the prior art, the building elements forming the weft of the wall 1 are wooden uprights of rectangular section and come from a room. These amounts lead to the coupling of the structures which are fixed there which favors the propagation of the sound waves.
According to the invention, the amounts 2 forming the frame of the wall 1 are composite construction elements and no longer come from a piece of wood as in the prior art. In particular, a composite construction element according to the invention such as the amount 2 of FIG. 1 comprises several layers integral with each other and assembled in an appropriate manner. At least one of these layers is a resilient layer 6 made of a suitable resilient material and is interposed between two layers of wood 5.
[0014] Preferably, as illustrated in FIG. 1, an upright 2 according to the invention comprises two resilient layers 6 interposed each between two wood layers 5, the outer layers 2a, 2b of the upright 2 being wood layers 5. With such a configuration, a layer is obtained in particular central 2c wooden which ensures a better distribution of loads on the amount 2. Such an amount 2 can then be carrier, the central layer 2c wooden providing support and holding load, which is more difficult when the central layer 2c is a resilient layer 6. FIG. 1 illustrates such an amount 2 in which the central layer 2c of wood is particularly thicker than the outer layers 2a, 2b to provide the best possible carrier characteristics.
The amount 2 as illustrated in FIG. 1 may for example have the following dimensions: wooden outer layers 2a, 2b of 40 mm thick, central layer 2c of wood of 80mm thick, resilient layers 6 of 20mm thick.
Wood layers 5 and resilient 6 are assembled by any appropriate means to make them integral and ensuring a solid assembly. Preferably, said layers are glued together, for example by a high frequency method.
The wooden layers 5 forming the amount 2 are obtained in a traditional way in a suitable wood and will not be described in more detail here.
Preferably, the resilient layer (s) 6 are composed of a resilient composite foam. This composite foam can in particular be obtained from recycled components which makes it an ecological material. The resilient layer 6 may also be made of recycled tires or different soft materials.
The density of the resilient material forming the resilient layer 6 is preferably between 50 and 900 kg / m <3>, preferably between 100 and 500 kg / m <3> and even more preferred between 120 and 200 kg / m <3>.
In the embodiment described above, the two resilient layers 6 of the upright 2 are made of the same resilient material and have the same density. Alternatively, the resilient layers 6 could be composed of different resilient materials and / or have different densities.
A composite construction element is thus obtained, in particular an amount or a plate, which makes it possible to produce wood frame structures such as a wall or partition whose acoustic insulation properties are significantly improved since the resilient layer or layers of the composite element makes it possible to reduce the coupling between the components of the structure (uprights 2 and panels 3 in Fig. 1) and to attenuate the propagation of the sound waves. In addition, the composite construction element according to the invention remains ecological by the use of recycled composite foams and economic by its light structure and simple manufacturing process, thus retaining the main advantages of wood frame construction. The building element nevertheless remains solid and meets all the constraints necessary for the realization of structures in wood frame and is even suitable for the realization of supporting structures. Finally, in the case of an amount for the realization of a wall or a partition, the amount according to the invention is used as a prior art amount without increasing costs or construction time.
